Driving Directions
From I-5 North or South
Take I-5 to Exit 194B for OR-99/W 6th Ave/W 7th Ave toward downtown Eugene. Merge onto W 6th Ave heading west. Turn left onto Garfield Street, then turn right onto W 7th Ave. Continue west on W 7th Ave. Our treatment center is located at 3403 W 7th Ave on the right side. The drive from the highway takes approximately 5 minutes.
From Springfield
Head west on Main Street/OR-126 toward Eugene. Continue onto I-105 West and take the exit toward Garfield Street. Merge onto W 6th Ave, then turn left onto Garfield Street and right onto W 7th Ave. Continue west to 3403 W 7th Ave. The trip takes approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
From Eugene Airport (EUG)
From Eugene Airport, head north on Airport Road. Turn left onto OR-99 South/W 7th Ave. Continue on W 7th Ave heading west toward downtown Eugene. Our facility is at 3403 W 7th Ave on the right. The drive from the airport takes approximately 10 minutes.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all patients, family members, and visitors. Accessible parking spaces are located directly adjacent to the main entrance. Our lot accommodates both standard vehicles and larger vehicles with ease.
Public Transit
Lane Transit District (LTD) operates bus routes along W 7th Avenue with stops near our facility. The EmX bus rapid transit system also serves the Eugene area. We can arrange transportation assistance for patients beginning treatment at our center. Please call us for details.
